Invest from Vancouver, BC here. My partner and I are looking to get into the Calgary, AB market and we want to start building our network. If any of you have any referrals for a good realtor, contractor, property manager or if any investors would even like to connect, that too would be awesome! 

Just some background on me. I currently own my principle residence in Abbotsford, BC, and a Buy + hold property in Windsor, Ontario. We want to start BRRRRing in Calgary and we already have a criteria for the properties we want to go after.

I know we have already connected but I would recommend Greg Wiseman, he is a very good realtor with lots of connections. He is familiar with BP and invests himself. As far as residential property managers I would recommend a gentleman named Allan, I rented from him at one point and he was the most professional property manager I had ever met and very on top of repairs. He doesn't advertise and only goes off mouth to mouth referrals, I would post his info here but I don't know if he is picking up new clients so message me if you are interested.
