Hi Logan, one title that I read every few months is "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy. It's not about real estate specifically, but I have found the principles to be relative. 

One of my favorite real estate specific books is Brandon Turner's "Investing in Real Estate with No and low Money Down."
