David Lindahl "Multi-Family Millions" book vs "Apt House Riches

Hi, I am somewhat new to real estate investing and an experienced friend told me he once saw David Lindahl speak and he was impressed.  So I see he has two main products:  "Multi-Family Millions" which is a mass market book you can get on Amazon for $15, and "Apartment House Riches" which is a few handbooks plus audio and video package for $995, which you seem to be able to get on ebay for only $40 these days.  I looked at the table of contents of Multi-Family Millions and it seems pretty comprehensive.  Also it is 276 pages vs the guidebook in Apartment House Riches is only 143 pages (not including some of the bonus materials so it's not a apples to apples comparison, mind you).

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has used both and if they think Multi-Family Millions covers what's in Apartment House Riches, so that I don't need to buy both.  I also like the idea of a comprehensive book vs a package which has hours of audio that I would need to sit through.  Thanks!
