What is the biggest pitfalls you face in wholesaling?
I have read many posts and have spoken with multiple people. I would like to know the biggest challenges you faced when first becoming a wholesaler? Was it the market aspect that took a while to master? Or was it building the buyers list? Or something else?
For the seasoned investors, are these challenges that are still an issue for you? What is the difference between your struggle now and when you first started?
