I think not. It's still a very lucrative business. Anyone not engaging in blatantly fraudulent practices will be just fine, even if their customers/students do not achieve the desired outcomes.
I wish, I really do. But I think there are just too many people with some money who are looking for the best secrets and the highest levels and the easiest ways into real estate investing. Until this world is filled with proudly independent learners and people who are confidently about their stellar research skills, I think we're stuck with gurus, shills, and stooges.
