Hey guys anybody want to share their pitch book that they used for distressed real estate fix and flip in DC for big investing firms. It would be super awesome if someone could share that and help out because one art in real estate is also the art of raising money.
Numbers and experience are going to be the key. If this is a first property you are probably looking in the wrong place and might be better off bird dogging for smaller investors.
