DC Landlord Forms Errors
I bought the DC Landlord Forms package yesterday and noticed a few errors in the text. The worst example so far is in the Security Deposit Transfer paragraph on page 2. "After the transfer is made and after written notice of same is given to the Tenant with the name and address of the transferee, Landlord for the return of his security deposit." The last clause in the sentence makes no sense. Anybody else find these errors and figure out how to correct them? I sent a message to CS, but who knows if they will be responsive. I need a solid lease asap.
