Moving Back To Clearwater- Looking to House
Hi BP community!
I recently completed a 2-year leadership development program with a Fortune 500 company and accepted a full time offer in Clearwater FL. While on program the last 2 years I’ve been saving, investing (stocks) and reading up on real estate investing.
Since I’ll be settling down to an area longer than 8 months, I’m looking to get started on my real estate journey, first with a house hack. Preferably a traditional side by side duplex or triplex or a property that would allow an Airbnb with a private entrance (not a rent by the room fan).
I’m not looking to buy until the next 8-12 months and know the current multi-family supply is quite limited making it even more of a challenge.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!
