Typical Pinellas Co. Profit Margins
hey guys I am wonder what you guys are seeing as typical profit margins on your flips in Pinellas?
I've talked to several people and have gotten different types of answers from- "I look to make $x per flip" to "I look to my x% of my all in amount".
Looking to make a certain percent of your total investment makes sense to me as that's how you can compare to other types of investments.
However, I'd like to hear how you guys measure your profit and what you look to make per deal, if that is something you are comfortable discussing?
