Commercial lenders in Rochester NY?

Hello all,

I was wondering if we had anyone in this forum who knows a commercial broker or commercial lenders, I have a few questions regarding financing on 5+ units MFR in the area.

Mostly wondering what are the usual terms for the area? 20-25 years amort? 

What do they look at when financing? Just NOI and DSCR? Cap rates?

But most importantly, are they able to lend to a US limited partnership where the GP/LP are canadians/canadian entities.

Feel free to refer me to anyone who might be able to answer those questions!
