I am looking for advice on the best way to sell residential investment properties in Sullivan County?
I own two single family homes (Liberty & Woodbourne, NY). We just did appraisals that came back at slightly under $100K each. We think this is the time to sell. We really like our tenants and do not want to cause disruption or evict, as both sets of tenants are 10+ years. We just no longer wish to be in the Land-Lord business and I'm looking to re-locate in the next couple of years.
We would like to sell "As-Is" w/ Tenants, for ease, but I'm not sure a real-estate agent is the best method? We would like to sell to another investor, but just do not know where to look? I know it is a very hot area right now for lower cost homes. Maybe a real estate agent is the best method? Any advice or best practices? Appreciate any thoughts!
