Want to start investing and flipping!

Hello all,

Newcomer here. I just want to get right to it. Married man, working 9-5  started a clinical research supplies business and completing my MBA.  I have up to 30-40K saved up and would like to start real estate. My parents are heavily into it already and even though many individuals would think of that as a back up, I would like to start to dabble it with it on my own. Where do I start? How do I start? What steps are needed even before taking the first step in this profitable journey? I am inspired by Manny Koshbin and other R.E. gurus.
