Investing in Island Park, NY

I am looking to invest in multi family properties in Nassau County and believe Island Park right now is the winner. 

  • Low taxes
  • Most of the houses are being renovated / elevated (from Hurricane Sandy.) = low flood insurance
  • 2 minutes away from the booming Long Beach

Thoughts?
