Looking For Ideas and Guidiance
Hello everyone, I am a newbie at REI, and my goal is to buy and flip for now and maybe hold for a while. my wife and I are looking for a 4 unit multifamily property to start with. We are a military family just looking to build up our asset column and grow a passive income from there.
We will be relocating to Virginia soon so any tips and directions you can provide to assist us will be greatly appreciated and never forgotten!
