Other sources for crime rates
I’m an out of state investor and now that Redfin and other companies took off their crime heat maps it’s made it a little more difficult to find properties in decent areas.
What other technology sources do you use to find properties in good areas if someone sends you a property to look into and you are an out of state investor?
