I'm creating weekly, and monthly IG reels / Youtube Shorts about my local market as well as national RE news. What are some topics you would like to be covered if you are looking to invest or invest into a new market?
Where can people find data? Who are the local market experts? What new employers are coming to town? What are the current employment drivers? What new developments have been completed & what's on the way? There are a few! You could easily make several videos about each of those

Piece by piece! You'll never do the whole thing in one minute. For example, do a video on one specific data source for your market. Who they are, why they're good, where they can be found. Boom, that's a minute. Shoot, it might even be a couple of minutes.
