Professional software Storage Unit Managements - Recommendations

Hello - Anyone here have investments in Storage Unit facilities?   Just looking for find out what professional software people are using for their Self-Storage Units investments.  I'm doing a bit of research.  Any recommendations out there?

What were you looking to get from the software? If you are looking to rent out the storage units yourself a simple spreadsheet to track renter income and expenses should be sufficient.

I'm looking for all-around platform - not just a spreadsheet.  This is for multi stoarge unit facilities to keep track of rentals -- income -- expenses.    Tenants can apply and make payments on line, software sends out notices for late pays, online leasing, bookkeeping, etc.

When I was managing a Self-Service Storage Warehouse in Philly I had to use a POS software (don't remember, sorry) and a regular accounting software (Yardi).
