Wholesalers - Flipster or Privy? What do you like for software
Wholesaling, deal finding, phone grinding pros - which software program do you prefer for wholesaling and overall business strategy between Privy and Flipster? Privy is newer in the market but seems to drill down really well with the ability to source acquisition and dispo anywhere in the country and claims to access MLS data in several major markets.
However, Flipster seems to have a lot bundled into it with the ability to expand into ringless voicemail, texting, .10 cent skip trace, etc. I am looking to try one, or maybe both, of these out and would really appreciate your opinion if you have used either one. A pros and cons type response would be great. Thanks in advance and just let me know if I can ever help you with a question.
