Underwriting Software - New Construction

Hello,

Is anyone using a software / web platform for new construction underwriting of lower-density residential (say less than 12 units) that they have had great success with? If so, please share what you're using and why? I've seen some commentary on proforma software, but is anyone using something for more detailed analysis around feasibility-level design, zoning, and financial modeling all wrapped into one?
