Hey Realtors - what about OpenDoor built upon data science?
Khosla Ventures investor, Rabois raises $10M for online, real-time RE site where they determine and price and will buy your home. I liken it to the "carmax" model. However, I'm wondering that with all the data science, they won't have MLS access in Texas and our property sales are not public information. One interesting thing, it says they will work with "local rehabbers and partners to maintain/improve their portfolio." Might be an opportunity for BP members / founders. Check it out.
