Maintenance Management Tools
Hi All, I was wondering to get some feedback on what type of maintenance management software (if any) you use and/or if you are satisfied with it.
In the past I developed a very small Microsoft Access database that we still use. However I am thinking of automating the process, as there is too much manual work to input and process the jobs.
My objective is to :
- Allow tenants to send maintenance requests (with pictures!) online and/or a mobile app
- Allow me to review/Approve maintenance requests on an online dashboard
- Forward the request to my contractor's phone.
- Once contractor finish work, they update the app so tenants and myself are aware of the progress.
I did some research but i did not find a simple cost effective solutions. They are either an overkill with features i dont need or they are part of a whole management solution. So a long story short, I am thinking of building my own very simple solution.
