Several recommendations. Mine are mostly on the basic communication workflow side:
Email scheduler: I use Right Inbox
Expense Tracking: I use Expensify
Property Analysis (and any analysis): Google Sheets
(Ballpark) Rental Comps: Rentometer
I have built out scrapers in the past to get specific market data. These have a short lifespan, so you need to be very specific about what you want.
