Sharing Backyard in Duplex
Hi! I’ll be househacking my first property soon. It’s a 2 story duplex with an L-shaped yard. My tenants will be occupying the first floor. I do want to have my own private yard space. Any suggestions on how to divide the yard space, or tips on shared yard spaces? Thanks!
