Apartment Complex went bankrupt
Ok well the apartment complex that I have been living since August and it went bankrupt. They have 2 leasing offices, because at one point of the time when they bulit it, it was 2 different owners. I'm gonna call the apartment place I live in A, and the other apartment place B. They are the same apartments, very similiar setup..Only differences is B has a nice work out place, some basketball courts, and the pool is a lot bigger. We signed with A because it had a 3 bedroom and 3 bath, and B didnt offer that. Now they went bankrupt or whatever happened, and where bought out, and now its back to too different owners.
Now we signed in August and when we signed up they said we could use B's pool, workout room, and basketball courts. Ever since they got the new owners, we are having trouble using all of these things. So am I stuck pretty much getting screwed and not being able to use it, or is there anything I could do. Dont they have to honor our contract we signed?
