Landlord question: Roommates and lease?
Hello! First post. Thanks. I had two roommates move in and a sign a year lease. One of them moved out after 3 months. Should I remove her from the lease? Or keep her legally tied to it until the end of the lease term even tough she doesn't live there anymore? I have never run up against that one. Probably because I never pick roommates for this reason. I inherited this situation.
