screen and list a rental
I became an accidental Landlord when the economy crashed. I have a place that I have rented out three times over the past 6 years. I want better more job stable tenants and Higher rent. Dont we all? So any advice on websites to list the house for rent and the screening process.
Now that I am landlord I want to try to move forward and acquire a property and become a purposeful landlord.
