Hello everyone!

I am looking to move into another rental market however I want to use another tool to analyze investor activity in a market without using my agent. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to analyze a rental market without using your agent? I am looking for Baltimore City Maryland and Atlanta GA Georgia rental zipcodes
