Tenants lease is up, but im unsure if he plans on moving...
Hi all. I have a house in baltimore, MD where the tenant's lease is expiring. I have mailed him a letter via certified mail and have left a copy under the door just in case. The problem is, this guy refuses to communicate with me. Wont answer any of my calls and texts. He has at least acknowledged the receipt of the letter by saying "I received the letter and have been advised of my rights". At this point I am unsure if he plans on moving out or fight me through this. Its been ~20 days of the 30 day notice Ive given him. Is there anything I can do in the mean time, so that when the 30th day rolls around im not caught by surprise?
