MD Condo Assoc. told me to terminate my lease, Tenant won't go
I own a condo in MD. I leased it for two years, but 9 months in, the Condo Association sent a notice that I had to terminate the lease at 1 year. I immediately notified the tenant so they would have plenty of time to find a new place. At the end of the year, the tenant chose not to leave.
This is my first rental and hence, first time with a tenant who won't leave. Any advice? What carries more weight in court, the lease or the condo association notice?
