Section 8 in 32210 zip code
Hope all of you are having a great investment year so far. Need your input please.
Buying a Turnkey home in the 32210 zip code and the PM informed me that a Section 8 renter is interested in my house, to rent. What do you suggest?
This is my second rental home but don't know much about Section 8 renters.
