Mobile home about to be deemed uninhabitable

Hi, I rent a mobile home in NY state.  The landlords have been refusing to do repairs to the home.  The roof needs replacing and there is damage to the home.  In the bathroom the ceiling in sagging from being sopping wet, and has gotten worse with snow on the roof.  The window casing in the living room is also sagging.  A bedroom floor is rotting from water damage as well.  I was in formed today, verbally, by the on-site park manager that a home inspector will be coming to deem the home uninhabitable.  He admitted that it is "not cost effective" for them to do the repairs, therefore I would have 7 days to vacate...all because I complained about repairs not getting done.  This has been going on since October and I have proof that no one ever came to look at the house until two weeks ago.  I'm disabled and live on minimal income.  Any advice?
