Eviction because of home sale
I recently had some life stuff happen and had to move out of my home. In an effort to keep up with the mortgage so I didn't lose the house I rented it out. I have terrible renters that are a huge pain in my butt and need to sell this property. My lease with them doesn't state anything about selling the house. I have someone that wants to buy it but says that part of the deal is that those renters have to be out. Can I legally evict them based on the sale of the home if it isn't in the lease?
