I am trying to rent a SFR, 3BR, @1900 in New Tampa Live Oaks neighborhood. I am doing it remote via a property manager and having a hard time finding prospects. I bought this via a short sale so could not time it plus the hurricane threw some uncertainty as well.
Any advice on how to handle this situation? The ad is published to multiple listing services including Craigslist but so far no good leads. Any advice is appreciated. I am going to reduce the rent to see what it attracts.
Thanks in advance!
Most of the time three bedrooms are small er in sq footage in Live Oak and the rent is too. The properties in the $1900+ range are usually 4 bedrooms and 2200+ sq. ft. It also depends on the village too.
Good luck. Maybe have your property manager do another recent CMA for you.
You can try creating 8 or more similar Craigslist adds and renew them ever 2-3 hours to move it to the top of the search results.
It’s a bit of work but it only takes a few seconds.
Quick tip from the pot casts ;-)
