Disabilities and legal advice?
Hello, my name is Elijah and I am currently in the United States Army, and renting in Yelm, WA. 2 days ago, my wife was in a dirt bike accident, and broke both of her ankles. She will be needing surgery, and then will be stuck at home and to a wheelchair for 2-3 months after surgery.
Today, property management called with the official notice that the landlord wants to sell the house we are renting. This is a pretty stressful time for us right now, and are curious if there is any help or loophole to this situation to take some of this weight off of our shoulders.
