Post lease question
My lease ended in august.
The lease stated that when the lease ends it will revert to month to month. Before my lease ended an email was sent to the landlord saying that we would stay another year. But there has not been a new lease signed. I live in Nevada. My question is this. Does that email legally bind me to stay another year like a signed lease or am I really on a month to month deal since there was never another lease signed?
Every other place I've rented I've signed another lease before the first one expired.
