20 year old tenant, 0 credit score
They are all 19-20 year olds (3 room mates). First one's results came back, all clear everything, no criminal, evictions, etc. Credit score: 0....
They've all lived with their parents up to this point....
I don't think it's a big deal, when I was their age I also had zero credit. I now have 831. They probably have no credit cards or anything yet.
