help! please.
i had court on the 6th for eviction but i thought it was for the 9th. i received a letter via mailman from the court saying. order of ejectment. it says to vactae by the 6th of august 2013 but i received it on the 9th? a sherriff didnt deliever it. so im confused as to how much time i have to get out. im really confused. i missed the court date and it says the plantiff(rental company) is entitled to immediate possession? it was ordered on 6th that the sherriff seize possession of property ordered on the 6th. but again i didnt get the letter till the 9th. i live in indiana. any help woud be greatly appreciated as im freaking out now
