Wholesaling Lease Option Virtually

Hello BP Community,
If your wholesaling a lease option virtually in another state, do you have a realtor or property management company show the house? My guess is you would then split the proceeds from down payment with the foot on the ground representitive?

There are several ways to show a property from afar. I always start with the homeowner. If they are local they're your best option. If they've already left the area, ask them what their plans were for showing the property. They likely had something in place before they moved. A friend, a relative, a neighbor. But if none of this is possible then, yes, you may need to work an agreement with a local agent.
