I need help structuring a lease to own agreement .  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

@Heather Henry real estate attorney, is your best bet. There are some generic ones and if you are looking at CA specifically I believe they have state statues around this.

There really is no such thing as “lease to own”.  You either have a contract for deed, in which you purchase equitable title but not legal title, or you have a lease with an option to buy.  A leasehold estate CAN NOT be turned into a fee simple  estate without some other action taken .

I agree with Don

You have a lease agreement to rent the place then you have an options contract where you put a deposit down and it outlines the terms when you must buy property and for how much.

These should be done by an attorney and not found online.
