I need help structuring a lease to own agreement . Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
@Heather Henry real estate attorney, is your best bet. There are some generic ones and if you are looking at CA specifically I believe they have state statues around this.
there are templates online.

You have a lease agreement to rent the place then you have an options contract where you put a deposit down and it outlines the terms when you must buy property and for how much.
These should be done by an attorney and not found online.
I am trying to a coach for a lease option. If anyone has experience in this, please see my other post or reply here.
