I want to know your views on hiring a leasing agent who can locate a tenant buyer for my investment property.
I have heard about this strategy from Joe Mcal podcast and it sounds good to me.
Also, I am a bit frustrated of posting ads and qualifying tenant buyers everyday.
As you know most of the people are just looking around and I don't want to waste my time on managing properties and locating buyers.
What do you people think ? If its a good idea, can you also suggest a good leasing agent in the city ?
@Account Closed recommended using the LA/PM to set up the lease, then you offer the tenant a ROFR afterwards. Correct me if I'm wrong, Brian.
