Is anyone using lease options consistently as a successful and robust tactic to acquire properties and cash flow?

Lease options in all their forms, sandwich leases, cooperative assignments, pure options, and blends from all the above, all became my foot in the door and my calling card. Been using them for 25 years. So, yeah, don't hesitate to knock on my door.
I love them. They don't work on every deal, or in every market, but when they do work, they are a great way to control the property using very little (actually none) of your own money.
