So I’m trying to figure out how I can find an owner willing to sell me their house/multifamily now, but let me collect rent in the meantime and pay later.

My script goes like this, out of my monthly payment you keep $200/m and help me save for a down payment. (The longer the option the more the owner collects) The rest goes towards the property.

Anything that could come up as a problem I would fix it myself. (because of my Incentive that now I own it) And that’s possible for me because I would be collecting a passive income as property manager.

The reason that I’m trying to do it this way is because I don’t have money to put down. But I’m willing to work for it and willing to loose at a chance to win.
