Does anyone have experince investing in germany? Jow easy is it to get a loan? Is there good cash flow ?

Hmm. I have no idea. However I do know as a government employee, one of the questions on a security clearance is, “Do you have any foreign investments?” So one of the first places I’d stop for questions is my local JAG (lawyer) or S2. Good hunting!!

@Andy Garcia don’t do it! Stick to investing in the US. I lived in Italy for three years and saw so many issues with laws and trying to be a landlord there. In my opinion It’s not worth it.
