My name is Patesia or just Pat for short. I'm new to investing and I'm looking to buy a multifamily in Jacksonville fl. Are there any suggestions for realtors in Jacksonville fl area who are know the in and outs of using thr Va loan for a multifamily property? would be my first investment property.
I do not, but also try the local bigger pocket forums. You can also try the networking feature bigger pockets has.
@David Pere Unfortunately I don't serve Jacksonville - thanks for thinking of me though! I don't have a good recommendation for you at this time @Patesia Andrews , but I'd go with a David Pere recommended Realtor any day. If that doesn't pan out I can check with my team and see who comes highly recommended, but I suspect there are some great folks on BP who will respond!
Hey @Patesia Andrews , welcome! It may be a good start to get your lender nailed down first if you haven't already. I just used RMG Mortgage for my last property here. They have VA loan products as well. https://www.rmgmortgagegroup.c...
Your agent will probably not do more than find a property for you. When it comes to financing it and the hoops you may need to jump through for a VA loan your lender is going to be your best friend when it comes to that. They will also be able to refer you to an agent.
