Hi Brandon. I have two long term rentals and three short term rentals in New Bern. I see in your profile you are interested in short term rentals. I recommend them if you know it is allowed in the area in which you buy. The short term rentals are higher cash flow, and I find them fun. There is a book and a podcast called Get Paid for Your Pad that is all about running an airbnb business. It's a good place to start figuring out if you would enjoy that. I know someone with a few short term rentals in Greenville and he says they do well. Good luck with your current long term rental and with building your business in the future!
