Calculating Build-Rent-Sell Vs. Build-Rent
Hello All! I am investigating a project whereby we may build-rent-sell or else build-rent and not sell so the asset can be passed to the next generation, and the cash flow would make up our income until that happens.
In the case of build-rent-never sell method, can anyone advise on how to calculate this? I have been using the rental property calculator at calculator.net but it does not let me remove the future sale of the house from the calculation.
Appreciate any advise or tools. Thanks!
