eSignature and Fillable Real Estate Forms
I am looking for a platform like Docusign, DotLoop, etc which will let me fill in and electronically sign templated RE forms such as Purchase Agreement, Sellers Disclosure, etc.
I know Docusign and Dotloop have the forms for Realtors and ask for the broker # etc. What if an investor wants to use the same capability? I have also looked at ZipForms, which let me register and add an organization, but then asks me to call a number which nobody picks up and has no voicemail. HELP!
Searched the BP forums and to my surprise didn't see much, did I miss it?
