The more units I acquire the more hard copies of records I have. Bills for utilities, water, insurance, repairs, leases, supplies, etc. What can be stored electronically vs. what hard copies need to be kept? If store electronically what about storing on a PC and backing up vs. in the cloud? Any preferences for cloud based document storage and sharing?
