Certifications
Good evening BP family,
Currently in enrolled in community college for an Entrepreneurship at Delaware Technical Community College, just started about 2 months. My plan is to start investing in real estate starting in the beginning of 2017 i was thinking about taking certification classes in carpentry to brush up on my skills from high school as well as certifications in electrical, real estate, house flipping, in replace of the entrepreneurship degree for right now. All of these courses are available at the college, i feel like this would be a great more as every certification is a basic element needed in the real estate process anyway, thinking of it as a way to cut out the "middle" man. Any thoughts?
