Ideas for adding a bath in the basement

Hello BP,

I am finishing my basement for personal use (no tenants) and just realized that the sewage outlet (going from the house to the street) is almost 4 feet above the basement floor level.

What are my options to add a full bath?  During a google search I came across macerating toilets and Saniflo systems. Has anyone used it? any recommendation of products?

I foresee this bath being lightly used and don't anticipate regular use of it. So need a solution that is reliable. I am sure someone here has already solved this problem - any pointers/recommendations will be much appreciated.
